1, 申请人提交比赛用的音乐作品, CD 或 DVD 或磁带。 为公平竟争起见，该 CD、DVD、磁带 不可经过专家修改。将不退回。

2, 音乐作品 要以如下为限：

第一组 小学组 以10分钟为限
第二组 初中组 以15分钟为限
第三组 高中组 以20分钟为限
第四组 业馀成人组 以20分钟为限
第五组 大学或专业 组 以25分钟为限

3, 填写申请表格并签字。

4, 申请报名费 美金 150元， 恕不退费。
